What if I don't want to pay by credit card?
TheJesusStore.com will gladly accept personal checks or money orders. Please e-mail us with the description and item number of the product(s) you are ordering, add the $4.50 shipping charge, and Virginia residents only add 5% sales tax. Your order will be sent upon payment verification.

What information will I receive after I place an order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation and invoice by e-mail.
Can I send someone a gift from TheJesusStore.com?
Yes. You may send your gift directly to its recipient. During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to indicate an address for shipping that differs from the billing address. When this occurs, the shipping address recipient will not receive an invoice copy/packing slip.
What about returns?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

Please return packages using Priority Mail, Express Mail, or insured U.S. Mail. All returned packages must be insured for the proper amount. TheJesusStore.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged return packages that do not have sufficient insurance.
